Rings 5 times until the receiver is picked up and will repeat every 60 seconds after the last proper hang-up. This can be turned off during moments like important speeches.
Allows guests to know when to hang up the receiver (if not properly hung) and pick it up to start a new message recording. This occurs after the 1-minute 30-second mark.
